After facing uncertainty at quarterback in Cleveland, Cameron will have an upgrade in Ryan Tannehill, who showed steady improvement in his third NFL season with 27 touchdown passes against 12 interceptions for a 92.8 rating.
Tight end Charles Clay will not have his transition tender removed despite the signing of Cameron. He is still eligible for a $7.017 million salary.
