Arsenal have got some real pace in their team, but who is the quickest player in Arsene Wenger’s squad?
That question was answered this summer, when the Gunners first team were put through a series of fitness tests.
It has since been publicly revealed that young Spanish right-back Hector Bellerin is the fastest Gunner.
Bellerin beat fellow speedster Theo Walcott’s 40m sprint record of 4.78 seconds last season. And the former Barcelona starlet has confirmed that he topped the charts again during this year’s preseason.
However, he can’t remember the exact times.

Bellerin told The Sun: “Everyone keeps telling me different numbers.
“But I know I beat Theo by literally one hundredth of a second after he had beaten Thierry, so you can do the maths.
“It was very close last year but this year I beat Theo by more of a distance. He won’t tell you that, though!”
