4. Jason Campbell
Campbell has retired from football, but that was only recently in 2015. If the Patriots send him an offer, he may find it difficult to refuse even though he has turned down other offers. Campbell is 33 years old and would provide veteran experience. Plus, he would likely be asked to play only four games.
