11) Leighton Baines
Baines provides Everton with consistently good crosses from the left flank, and his set-piece delivery has been similarly excellent. He’ll be starting on the left of Roy Hodgson’s back four.
10) Rickie Lambert
The Englishman is one of 14 players in Europe to reach double figures for both goals and assists, and he deserves his spot on the plane.
9) Joe Hart
England’s no.1 was actually dropped earlier in the season, but since winning his place back in the side, he’s not put a foot wrong – making some superb saves on the way to City’s title triumph.
