5) Pedro Chivrella

Chivrella is a deep-lying playmaker, much in the mould of Xabi Alonso, or Andrea Pirlo. He’s Spanish, and is technically excellent. This enables him to dictate tempo in the middle of the park, and help his side dominate possession. He arrived from Valencia in 2013, and could be part of the first-team pre-season tour this summer.
