17. Yaya Toure (Manchester City)
Talks of trade this time last year had us all question if Toure would stay with Man City, but his permanence this season was incredible, including his 10 goals and nearly 90 percent passing success rate. It seems that his time at the club may be coming to a close, and if that is true, he will most definitely be missed.
