Not a glamourous manager or someone who will win any awards for how his team play the game, but for guiding Palace from what looked like certain relegation to mid-table security has to be congratulated.
Pulis succeeded Holloway at Selhurst Park back in November having been out of a job since Stoke gave the Welshman the push the previous summer.
