The SEC is without a doubt the most dominating conference in college football – it’s 9 teams ranked in the top 25 are more than the Big 10 and Pac-12 conferences COMBINED. But Alabama is still the creme of the crop: With QB Blake Sims playing efficiently both through the air and also on the ground, along with 5 RBs averaging at least 5.0 yards per carry and arguably the best WR in the nation with Amari Cooper, the once stout Alabama team has become an offensive powerhouse that can drain defenses of their energy with long drives and beat them with huge plays as well. Until a single team manages to knock Alabama off its pedestal, the Crimson Tide are almost a shoo-in to reclaim the SEC title that they lost to Auburn in the 2013 Iron Bowl.
