Los Blancos want Wales international at the Santiago Bernebeu.
Real Madrid are lining-up a €45m (£38.4m) bid for Tottenham’s in-form winger Gareth Bale, according to Spanish newspaper El Confidential.

Bale took his tally to 19 goals this season with a fine brace against Newcastle on Saturday, making it four Premier League goals in three games for the Welsh winger.
The paper claims that the 23-year-old has made it clear he wants to move to the Bernebeu in the summer and that his agent, Jonathan Barrett, has already held several meetings with Los Blancos’ officials.
Bale is under contract at White Hart Lane until 2016 and Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas stressed again on Saturday that the club do not want to sell the former Southampton star.
Spurs sold Luka Modric to Real last summer for an estimated £28m and signed a strategic partnership with the Spaniards as part of the Croatian’s deal.
But the North Londoners are insistent that the agreement does not entitle Real to first-option on any of the club’s players.
