Real Madrid have their work cut out for them on Wednesday evening as they take on cross-city rivals Atletico in the second leg of their Champions League clash without FOUR key men, according to respected Spanish football journalist Sid Lowe.

Gareth Bale, Karim Benzema, Luka Modric and Marcelo will all sit out of the second leg at the Santiago Bernabeu as they look to build on the goalless draw of the first match.
The news will come as a particular blow as Real have failed to beat Atletico in any of their previous seven meetings, as the most recent came during last season’s Champions League final.
Both Bale and Modric we’re forced off during the club’s win over Malaga at the weekend, while France international Benzema suffered an unknown injury during training.
Full-back Marcelo is suspended.
The awesome foursome are all regular starters under Carlo Ancelotti, and they will look to the likes of Javier Hernandez, Fabio Coentrao and either Isco, Jese and Asier Illaramendi or Sami Khedira to come and fill in.
