Ramos has been linked with a move away from the Bernabeu, and according to Daily Star, Manchester United are willing to make a deal happen.
Real Madrid are interested in a move for United goalkeeper David de Gea, however, United will only send the shot-stopper back to the La Liga should Ramos head in the opposite direction.
According to the report, Real Madrid were keen on completing a straight cash deal for de Gea but United are now only willing to negotiate if Ramos becomes part of the deal.
Ramos has a monstrous £145m buyout clause in his contract, which expires in 2017.
United value Ramos at £30m and are hoping for a de Gea-plus-cash deal to bring Ramos to Old Trafford this summer.
Red Devils boss Louis van Gaal failed to settle on a consistent defensive combination last season, and Ramos would provide plenty much-needed experience and class at the heart of the United defence.
