The Italian international playmaker is a highly regarded talent, and has long been linked with Premier League clubs, also including Arsenal and Chelsea.
However, Carlo Ancelotti is also a big fan of the 22-year-old, who has been compared to Italy legend Andrea Pirlo in his style of play, and wants to bring him to the Bernabeu.
Respected FIFA agent Rigitano Raffaele is now quoted as saying he thinks Verratti is destined to make the move to Real before long.
