The Arizona Cardinals have been extremely unfortunate with injuries this season, and they are down to their third-string quarterback since Carson Palmer and Drew Stanton have each suffered knee injuries.
Ryan Lindley made his first start of the season against the Seattle Seahawks, and the Cardinals being depleted at quarterback was made clear as Lindley struggled.
The Cardinals were hoping for Stanton to return for the playoffs, but it appears that they will have to resume with Lindley as their starting quarterback.
Ian Rapoport broke the news on the Cardinals quarterback’s injury on Twitter.
