The Arizona Cardinals were eliminated from the playoffs in the first round by the Carolina Panthers, and wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald has been rumored to be leaving the team.
The receiver even said that he doesn’t see himself finishing his career in Arizona. However, he is working on a deal with the Cardinals and being asked to take a pay cut from his current $15 million salary.
He also carries a $23.6 million salary cap hit, so Fitzgerald will not be easy to bring back. However, he has shown he can play at a high level when he and his starting quarterback are healthy.
