With news that Rex Ryan has accepted the Buffalo Bills head coaching job, the team has already started making moves to build his coaching staff – and it starts with offensive coordinator.
According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Greg Roman will be charged with making sure that things don’t go down that way.

Roman and Ryan worked together assistants in Baltimore from 2006 to 2007 before Roman left and later went to Stanford to work with Jim Harbaugh. In 2011, Harbaugh went to San Francisco and brought Roman with him – together the two of them created one of the best offensive attacks in the league.
The 49ers advanced to at least the NFC Championship Game in each of their first three years and went to the Super Bowl with Colin Kaepernick in 2012, but they slipped to 8-8 this year. Harbaugh accepted the Michigan head coaching job, leaving the remaining 49ers staff twisting in the wind.
Rex Ryan accepted the Buffalo Bills head coaching job early on Sunday morning.
