The Buffalo Bills are searching for a new head coach after Doug Marrone opted out of his contract following his second year in Buffalo.
Marrone had coached the Bills to their first winning season since 2004 as they finished with a 9-7 record. The head coach was reportedly unhappy when the Bills traded up to draft wide receiver Sammy Watkins in the first round of the 2014 draft.
The Bills are reportedly adding Cincinnati Bengals offensive coordinator Hue Jackson to the mix, and they will interview him.
Jackson was fired by the Oakland Raiders after the 2011 season despite leading them to an 8-8 record, and they have had losing seasons since his firing.
Albert Breer of NFL Network revealed the Bills’ latest candidate on Twitter.
