The Chicago Bears have found a replacement for Marc Trestman, who was fired after just two seasons as the Bears’ head coach.
John Fox mutually parted ways with the Denver Broncos after a shocking playoff exit at the hands of the Indianapolis Colts, and he was able to quickly find work.
The Bears are expected to hire Fox as their new head coach, but the news has not been made official yet. Fox may be just what the Bears need to fix their defensive woes, which persisted for the last two seasons.
Defensive coordinator Mel Tucker was brought back despite the team finishing last in scoring defense while allowing over 50 points in losses to the Green Bay Packers and New England Patriots.
