The Chicago Bears continue to be a hot mess as a developing story has been released regarding offensive coordinator Aaron Kromer and quarterback Jay Cutler.
Cutler has become an even bigger target for criticism by fans and even his team. Kromer publicly criticized the quarterback on NFL Network. He apologized to Cutler in front of the entire Bears offense.
His apology was tearful and remorseful, and Cutler reportedly shook his head during the apology. The Bears quarterback received a contract extension worth $126 million over seven years, and the team is allegedly having buyer’s remorse over it.
The contract is a leading factor in why Cutler’s criticism is growing, but the offensive coordinator denied talking about that in his NFL Network interview.
