The Detroit Lions were shut down, 34-9, by the New England Patriots. The game became physical as both teams had players involved in fighting.
Lions center Dominic Raiola dove toward the knees of Patriots defensive lineman Zach Moore, and this was when the Lions were taking a knee to end the game. Reports are saying that this is not the only dirty play he committed though.
Raiola also threw a punch at the back of Moore’s head, so disciplinary action is likely to be levied against the Lions center.
Here is a tweet from Pro Football Talk updating on this bad blood at the end of the game.
