Miami Heat star becomes fifth player to win award four times.
It has come as no surprise to no one, but ESPN has reported that LeBron James has been name the NBA league MVP for a fourth time, and cemented himself as one of the best players of his generation.
Coming off a season in which he averaged 26.8 points, 8 rebounds and 7.3 assists a game this season, these are remarkable stats for a power forward and is the main reason behind why the Miami Heat are the most dominant team in the NBA.
The Heat are on course to repeat as NBA champions, and it is in large part to the presence of James that they can attribute that success to.
With this win, he joins Wilt Chamberlain, Bill Russell and most importantly, Michael Jordan at four MVP title wins, if he can win another and some more world championships along the way, then an argument for him to be called the best ever will no longer have to be ignored.
