New York Jets running back Chris Johnson was arrested for openly carrying a firearm earlier in the week, which qualifies as a misdemeanor weapon charge.
However, Johnson may be facing worse than a misdemeanor after it was discovered that he lied about the amount of weapons he owned.
The police officer who arrested him spotted a second gun in the running back’s car, and Johnson was hesitant to tell the officer about it.
Bleacher Report NFL reported on the latest development in the Johnson arrest on Twitter.
