Wide receiver Vincent Brown was waived by the San Diego Chargers earlier in the season, but it appears he may be playing for their biggest rival.
The Oakland Raiders have reportedly brought in the receiver for a workout, and they may decide to offer him a contract. Brown has had an extensive injury history, which is a key reason why the Chargers let him go.
However, the 2011 third-round pick has plenty of talent and was a key weapon for Philip Rivers at times when healthy.
Here is a tweet from ESPN NFL insider Adam Caplan reporting on the Raiders’ latest potential transaction.
