After suffering a terrible ankle injury against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 2 that looked like it might sideline him for the rest of the season, reports now say that Washington QB Robert Griffin III will be healthy enough to resume football in 3 weeks, before the team’s bye week.
Ian Rapoport of NFL.com reported via Twitter that the latest timeline for an RGIII return would be three weeks from Monday – an October 27 matchup with the division rival Dallas Cowboys.
