Former Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice was recently released by his team because of a video from TMZ that surfaced of him punching his wife in a casino elevator and proceeding to drag her out of it.
Rice was also suspended indefinitely by the NFL. However, he intends to fight this punishment, according to reports.
The NFL Players Association is expected to handle the running back’s appeal.
