The Seattle Seahawks will be remembered for rallying from a 16-point deficit in the NFC Championship against the Green Bay Packers.
They also battled through a lot of adversity during their captivating comeback. Safety Earl Thomas dislocated his shoulder while cornerback Richard Sherman injured his elbow.
Both of them were able to finish the game though, and they will have two weeks to rest before they take on the New England Patriots.
Thomas and Sherman are known for being the key components of the Seahawks’ top-ranked defense. It has been revealed that Thomas will play in the Super Bowl.
Sports Illustrated allowed Seahawks fans to take a deep breath by revealing the news on Twitter.
