Quarterback’s father wants change in philosophy to protect son from further injuries.
With the Washington Redskins hoping for Robert Griffin III back for training camp, his father, Robert Griffin Sr. has called on Washington Redskins head coach Mike Shanahan to change the teams offensive system, in a bid to reduce the risk of his son suffering from another major injury.
The rookie Quarterback suffered from a severe ACL tear in the teams playoff loss to the Seattle Seahawks in January, yet the 23-year old hopes to be back starting for the team come the first week in August.
