The former Man City manager has been discussing Liverpool’s troublemaker…
Roberto Mancini has accused Mario Balotelli of trying to imitate his former team-mate Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
“Mario wants to imitate Ibrahimovic,” Spanish paper Sport quotes the Inter Milan boss as saying at a conference at Bocconi University.
“But Zlatan has a few more years, accumulated experience, quality, class and power that [Balotelli] has yet to acquire.”

While Zlatan has always been able to back up his unique and sometimes controversial statements and actions with outstanding performances; Balotelli has struggled to produce consistently despite showing flashes of brilliance.
Balotelli is banned for Liverpool’s next game after his latest misdemeanour. The Italy international posted a racist picture on his Instagram, although he denies realising it would cause offense.
Mancini was manager of both Ibrahimovic and Balotelli at Inter Milan, and later took the latter to Manchester City.
