‘Persieing’ becomes new World Cup craze.
A new social media craze has taken over the Netherlands.
Called ‘Persieing’, it closely resembles the ‘planking’ fad of 2011, and involves people uploading photos of themselves imitating Robin van Persie’s spectacular flying header against Spain during the Netherlands’ 5-1 hammering of the reigning World Cup winners.
