The 36-year-old has been accused of making a sly drug reference on Wednesday evening’s episode of the show.
But a spokesman later claimed that “They were joking about something that happened earlier in the day when they were skiing and it wasn’t a drug reference.”
He appeared to aim the barb at fellow contestant Steve-O, suggesting that he should snort some snow.
As host Davina McCall spoke to the camera, Tindall sat next to his pal inside the sports lodge and pointed at a pile of snow on the bar and joked” “Steve O, sort it out.”
He could then be heard making sniffing noises throughout the segment.
Former Jackass star, Steve-O, has previously admitted that he used to suffer with addiction problems.
