49ers running back Frank Gore left the previous game against the Seattle Seahawks with a concussion, and he was expected to be out for this week.
However, Gore will tough it out against the Chargers as he will play. This is a huge relief to the 49ers offense since Carlos Hyde is also injured with an ankle injury.
