Sanchez arrived from FC Barcelona over the summer in a £35m deal and has immediately taken to life in the Premier League, top-scoring for the Gunners with 12 goals in 20 appearances.
In total the 26-year-old has 18 strikes in 30 games and when it’s considered that the Chile international rarely plays as a striker this is an even more impressive record.
In fact Sanchez has been so good that Henry has been moved to praise the forward.
“He is a very, very good player and you know that if he is on tune, then Arsenal have a lot of chances to win the game,” the former striker was quoted by the Daily Mail.
“I am trying to think if there has been a better signing in the last five or six years. It is still early days but so far it is very good.
“He is doing extremely well. He is going to score goals but it is his all-round game that I am so impressed with. That has no price.”
