The summer signing has been outstanding so far for the North London side, taking no time to settle into English football – grabbing 12 goals and seven assists in the Premier League so far.
There have been concerns that the Chile international could suffer from a burnout if he continues to play so often for the Gunners, yet the forward has delighted fans by insisting no such fate is to happen.
Wenger will be hoping that the star signing can continue to perform and stay fit, avoiding the nightmare injury-plagued season that would-be first-team regulars Mesut Ozil, Theo Walcott, Aaron Ramsey and Mikel Arteta have endured.
