Oscar is expected to receive a bid from Serie A champion and Champions League runner-up Juventus.
The 23-year-old Brazilian international made 28 appearances for Chelsea in the 2014-15 season and scored six goals while dishing out eight assists.
He also scored two goals for Brazil in the 2014 World Cup as they made it to the semifinals before finishing in fourth place.
Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri revealed that he is extremely interested in Oscar joining his Italian powerhouse club.
“Very much. He is one of those players who can make a difference in Europe. I like Oscar,” Allegri said to Metro.
Oscar has been at Chelsea for the last three seasons while also playing for the Brazilian international team and making 45 appearances.
Juventus ultimately fell to Barcelona in the Champions League Final, but it will be difficult for Oscar to turn down a club with realistic Champions League aspirations.
However, Chelsea is built to contend for more Premier League titles in the future with Jose Mourinho at the helm.
