Former Toffees boss linked with Villa job.
Real Sociedad chief David Moyes has emerged as the frontrunner for the vacant Aston Villa post despite only making the move to Spain a few months ago, Football Espana reports.

Moyes linked up with the Royal Society in November when they sacked Jagoba Arrasate, but reports in Spain are now claiming that Moyes is being considered for the job at Villa Park.
Villa fell into the bottom three this week after a poor 2-0 defeat to Hull on Tuesday, prompting the Midlands giants to relieve him of his duties just 24 hours later.
It is thought that Villa are looking to install a new manager before their next Premier League clash against Stoke City on February 21.
Reports are claiming that Moyes has struggled to settle in Spain, and despite a victory over Barcelona a few weeks ago results have not gone as well as he or the club have hoped, and Villa will look to use this in a bid to tempt him back to the UK.
Moyes may be interested in the chance to redeem himself after a dismal spell in charge of Manchester United, though he is under contract in Spain until the summer of 2016.
