Robin van Persie
Although the Dutchman has only been at Old Trafford for one season, he has been the most important factor in Manchester United’s reclaiming on the Premier League crown from Noisy Neighbours Manchester City. Van Persie boasts a dreamy left foot and is deadly anywhere inside the box. Although he remains some way off legendary status at Old Trafford, he has vowed to stay at United until the end of his career and, fitness permitting, could establish himself as one of the club’s best ever forwards.
