Brazilian midfielder Anderson has to go down as one of the most disappointing signings in United’s recent history – he has simply failed to live up to the huge potential he clearly had whilst a youngster at FC Porto. It is time for United to cut their losses on Anderson, even if that means terminating the remaining months of his contract.
