AC Milan have announced the signing of Premier League-linked striker Carlos Bacca from Sevilla, subject to a medical.
The Colombian international had reportedly been on the radar of both Manchester United and Liverpool after another impressive campaign at Sevilla.
But Milan are the only club to have met his £21.3m release clause and have now confirmed that he is heading to the San Siro this summer.
Agreement reached with @SevillaFC_ENG for the transfer of @carlos7bacca, depending on Bacca passing the medical tests.

Bacca scored 49 goals in 108 appearances for Sevilla, including two in this year’s Europa League final against Dnipro as the Andalusian side defended their title.
After missing out on the 28-year-old, Liverpool are believed to be pursuing Aston Villa’s Christian Benteke and Javier Hernandez of United, who in turn are being linked with Paris Saint-Germain’s Edinson Cavani and Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane.
