Souths continued their winning run thanks to two tries from Dylan Walker and one each to Greg Inglis and Alex Johnston.
Robbie Farah was the only scorer for the Tigers, after regathering his own grubber.
Winger Johnston got his 24th try in 21 NRL games. He finished off a slick Souths backline move.
In the second half Inglis got an opportunity and didn’t wase it. The fullback was too strong from 10 metres out and went over James Tedesco to score.
Wests tried to get back into the game but they were making too many errors. The Rabbitohs defence was impressive and then late in the match it started to erupt.
Keith Galloway gave counterpart Tim Grant a slap after a rough tackle. The two props went toe to toe.
But it was all hot air. The Tigers were frustrated and then Walker record his second score after he dived on an Adam Reynolds kick.
Souths remain undefeated this year after three straight victories.
