The versatile stopper has recently been linked with a move to the Emirates as Arsenal continue to struggle defensively this season.
And while Les Verts boss Christophe Galtier hopes Perrin can be persuaded to stay, he admits that the Ligue 1 outfit will consider an offer if the player wants to leave.
“Loic is a particular case that I will be personally involved with.
“I am not saying that the door is open but if a surprising offer is made we should listen to Loïc and what he wants…”
Arsenal had hoped that an offer of around £6m would be enough to convince them to sell, though their valuation of him remains to be seen.
