The St George Illawarra Dragons have smashed local rivals the Cronulla Sharks by 36 points in a one-sided derby.

Cronulla were never really in the game and it was another awesome performance from the Dragons.
They kept the Sharks to just one try and their attack was sensational at times.
Cronulla got on the scoreboard first in controversial cricumstances. Valentine Holmes had the try but it shouldn’t have been awarded for a knock on.
Josh Dugan got the Dragons going with some nice footwork.
Mitch Rein put them ahead with a smart run.
In the second half the Dragons extended their dominance.
Cronulla were giving away too many penalties and some of their play, including this drop-out, was terrible.
Jack de Bellin was the next to score for the Dragons.
St George Illawarra finished the game off with two more tries.
Eto Nabuli got the final four-pointer as the Dragons march on. It’s back to the drawing board for Cronulla.
