Potters making audacious move for PSV teenager Zakaria Bakkali.

Bakkali is out of contract at the end of the season and looks almost certain to be moving on from PSV soon, with contract talks having collapsed entirely and the teenager having been dropped to the reserves on account of his refusal to continue talks.
The Belgian international is known as one of Europe’s most exciting young talents and the report suggests that he has also been watched by Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal, meaning that Stoke could pull off a real coup if they do persuade PSV to sell ahead of time.
