3. Bill Belichick vs. Pete Carroll
Belichick already has his NFL legacy set in stone with three Super Bowl championships, but a third Super Bowl loss would put somewhat of a dent in it, along with the potential consequences of Deflate-Gate. He has made the Patriots one of the most successful franchises in NFL history in just 15 years though, as they now have three Super Bowl titles after having none before the 2000s. The Seahawks head coach is looking to join the ranks of the all-time greats once it’s all said and done, and he’s well on his way to doing that if the Seahawks win a second consecutive Super Bowl. He already proved himself a winner at the college level when he coached USC to two national championships. Interestingly enough, Carroll will be facing the team that fired him before he was hired by USC.
