Thomas had eight catches on 11 targets for 85 yards during Sunday’s AFC Championship game win over the Patriots.

Thomas did not play against the Patriots, when the two teams played back in Week 12 of the regular season, and he showed Sunday that he could have been a difference maker in that contest.

He led the Broncos in targets and receptions Sunday, while his 85 receiving yards were the most he’s had in a game since Week 10.

His impressive season will have one more game, with the Broncos now booked for Super Bowl XLVIII, where again, he will be an important target for Peyton Manning and the Broncos’ offence.
