Swansea have a horrible start with Manchester United coming to town in the first 2013/14 match.
Swansea City start their Premier League campaign with an extremely difficult tie against reigning champions Manchester United at the Liberty Stadium.
New Red Devils boss David Moyes will be wanting to establish himself as a suitable successor for Sir Alex Ferguson immediately and the Swans could therefore face the wrath.
The tough run-in for Michael Laudrup’s team doesn’t end there, as Tottenham and West Bromwich Albion away follow, before further home matches against Liverpool and Arsenal in September.
However the big one for many fans, the first ever south Wales derby in the top flight, will happen when Swansea face Cardiff City in the Welsh capital on November 2.
The Blue Birds will then have to visit Laudrup’s team on February 2 in the second of two matches that should prove to be thrilling encounters.
The Swans boss will have it all to do to improve in the upcoming campaign, having lead his side to ninth in the league in 2012/13 and also winning the club’s first ever piece of major silverware in the League Cup.
