The A-League giants continue to grow their corporate partnership program.
Sydney FC have announced the addition of Metcash Food & Grocery (IGA) and StarTrack to their sponsorship portfolio for the 2013/14 A-League season.
The duo have joined St George Bank as Tier Two sponsors of the Sky Blues with the announcement coming barely two weeks after main backers Webjet and Destination NSW committed to the club ahead of the new campaign.
IGA and StarTrack will now be open to extensive match-day brand exposure as well as hospitality, ticketing and marketing benefits now that they’re both connected to Sydney and CEO Tony Pignata believes it is a significant step towards finally hitting their sponsor revenue target of $2million.
“Sydney FC is proud to have two reputable businesses like StarTrack and Metcash (IGA) join the Sydney FC corporate partnership program,” Pignata explained to four four two.
“Recently we re-signed our two major sponsors and we are now working hard to grow the sponsorship base as we move towards achieving further growth in our total sponsorship revenue.
It also comes three weeks after St George Bank became the official Sydney FC Community Partner with the club continuing to grow it’s flourishing corporate partnership programme.
