LANCE FRANKLIN v JOSH GIBSON
This is no doubt the biggest matchup of all on Saturday.
If Franklin fires, Hawthorn will be in for a tough afternoon and based on their two previous meetings in 2014 it could really go either way.
The star forward kicked 2.7 and 3.5 against his former club during the home-and-away season, which shows he is getting more than enough opportunities, but just didn’t convert them like he normally would.
Whether this was down to nerves or Hawthorn’s setup is debatable, but regardless this matchup will have huge consequences on this game no matter who comes out on top.
