2. Luis Suarez bites again:
Suarez is known for his biting antics, but when he did it for the third time in the World Cup against Italy last year, enough was enough. He chomped on Italy defender Giorgio Chellini and acted that his mouth had been hurt. He was not sent off as the ref missed it, but FIFA punished him hard, hitting him with a four-month ban from all football related activities.
1. Zidane World Cup head butt:
Probably one of the most famous red cards in football and World Cup history, France’s Zinedine Zidane headbutted Italy’s Marco Materazzi in the 2006 World Cup Final in Berlin. It was reported that Materazzi insulted the French star’s sister, but he was given the red card which signalled the end of his fantastic international career.
