4) Edinson Cavani (Paris Saint-Germain)
After a slightly underwhelming first season with Paris Saint-Germain, Premier League clubs could be boosted again in their efforts to sign talented Uruguayan striker Edinson Cavani. The 27-year-old became regarded as one of the best attacking players in Europe during his time at previous club Napoli, and despite being in and out of the PSG starting lineup this season and often playing out of position to accommodate Zlatan Ibrahimovic, he still managed 25 goals in all competitions. Chelsea have been strongly linked with the powerful forward in the past, though it now seems as though Manchester United and Juventus would be among the leading contenders to sign him ahead of next season.
