4. Raheem Sterling (Liverpool)
After being left out the Liverpool team for practically the second half of last season, Raheem Sterling has rediscovered his form in the current campaign – and subsequently has earned back his place.
The Reds flyer has great pace and skill, and has demonstrated a cool head in front of goal, but can be shrugged off the ball due to a lightweight build, and his decision making and distribution need improvement.
Brendan Rodgers has high hopes for the 19 year-old Reds’ star, and Sterling certainly looks set to be an England player for the future, but this World Cup may come too soon for him.
