1) Cesc Fabregas
Allowed to join Chelsea for just £30m, Cesc Fabregas could become one of the bargains of the summer for Chelsea, who took the opportunity to sign the Spanish playmaker after Barcelona decided to let him leave after just three seasons. Admittedly, the new Blues midfielder never quite found his form during his time at the Nou Camp, but he remains potentially one of the best creative players in the world on his day, and could end up being a big loss for Barca if he rediscovers his best form at Stamford Bridge. As well as being undervalued by his club before they let him go, Fabregas was also snubbed by his former employers Arsenal, who turned down the chance to re-sign him. The 27-year-old certainly has a point to prove at his new club, but one gets the feeling it will be he and Chelsea enjoying the last laugh here, as one of the world’s best players has been grossly underestimated.
